Hugging yourself you slowly walked home alone in the pouring rain. You sniffed, still feeling tears run down your face. You were a good 4 minutes of slow walking away from your ex's house. You had come because he had called you and told you he needed to tell you something, more like show. Once you were inside you saw him making out with some, more attractive, popular girl. He didn't even see you before you bolted out the door and ran till your rib cage hurt and your lungs demanded air. You were soaked to the bone and it was freezing cold out, but you didn't notice. Your heart was shattered; you don't think you'd be dating anyone for awhile.
